Saturday - a day for leisure!

So, what are you up to today?

After 4 consecutive days of headaches, I was so happy to wake up this morning and feel - nothing!!
DH had to work until noon today, they are sooo busy at work right now. The kids and I went shopping this morning, to pick up some glue and stuff for the kids to use with craft projects. Also Saturday is candy day for us, the only day of the week the kids are allowed to eat candy. So they each picked up a bag of sweets to enjoy this afternoon.

We're on our way over to my Mom's soon, she turned 60 the other day, but we couldn't make it due to DD being sick with the flu, so we're going over to see her today. My sister and brother already gave her the gift from all of us - 60 roses and a gift certificate for a spa weekend! I'm sure she'll enjoy that

Nothing much going on tonight. We'll just stay in and relax, which is what we need the most right now! Maybe I'll even work up the energy to do some scrapping!

Sounds like a good weekend. That's a nice gift for your Mom. My Mom also turned 60 this yr. So glad to hear your headache is gone. Mine let up yesterday morning. I wish they would go away forever!! My daughter had a Swim-a-thon today to earn money for her team. Tomorrow will be house cleaning and craft (I hope) day. I have to make my Halloween card!
